Information About Us.  Edgington Management is a full-service property management company specializing in assisting investors with small to mid-sized real estate portfolios.  The company provides both residential and commercial property management and brings over a decade of property management experience to bear on behalf of our clients.

Edgington Management was formed in 2001 and is now under the direction of Steve Blevins, an investment consulting specialist, property manager, and licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams.

In addition to providing property management services throughout most of central Maryland, Edgington Management offers clients extensive property marketing services that leverage our own professional network, a vast database of prospective tenants.  Furthermore, our licensed managers utilize the multiple list service (MLS).  Such as MRIS, extensive online marketing and search engine optimization, and our own online web presence.

We help new and current investors seeking to acquire additional investment properties, or to divest all or part of their real estate portfolios, Edgington Management also provides sales consulting and brokerage services.
